Please honor the Masonic practice of “demitting” which means you meet your responsibility and pay your dues up to date and do not just say “I resign” or equivalent. The Club must still pay per-capita to both / South Dakota Association and to International based on membership on 31 December of the last year.

As of 04/08/2009 Des Moines Club # 4 had 99 members plus one honorary member for a total of 100.

To:       Members & Club’s of the Iowa-South Dakota Association of Hi 12 Clubs

Brother’s, thank you for your support in the past and I hope to have it as well in the next year as President of the Association.  During the upcoming term of my office, I hope to visit each of your clubs for a meeting as well as offering to come back and install your new officer’s if you would care to have me do so.
I will be proposing a change in our protocol and encouraging each Brother to include his wife at our meetings on a regular basis in the future; my wife calls it our mid-week date and looks forward to the time out together.  So invite your significant other to join you for Hi 12 luncheon’s and enjoy a day date with her.
